Biography

Mr. Emmanuel Jolivet, General Counsel of the International Chamber of Commerce® (ICC) and the International Court of Arbitration®, has more than twenty years of management experience and international legal and economic relations. He advises ICC, its subsidiaries and various entities, as well as the Court on legal strategies and the implementation of the organization's decisions. The scope of its activities covers around a hundred countries and the areas of corporate law, compliance, international sanctions, ethics and whistleblowing, risk management, insurance, litigation. data protection, intellectual property and contract management. He is a corporate officer and director of various companies and trusts in France and abroad and is a member of several professional and academic organizations. Mr. Jolivet began teaching at the University of Cairo (Egypt) 30 years ago and has continued teaching and supervising students since then. He was Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Versailles (Paris Saclay) for 9 years. In addition to having taught in more than 20 countries, he is the author of numerous articles on dispute resolution and business law.
