Biography

Jean-Raphaël FERNANDEZ is a lawyer at the Marseille bar. Holder of a DEA in business law and a DESS in litigation and execution procedures from the faculty of right of Aix-en-Provence, he took the oath on January 7, 2002. He began as a collaborator in the office of Me Bernard GUIBERT, with whom he created the firm Fernandez Guibert and associates (FGA Avocats). He mainly practices road law and has also retained the practice of real estate law, a field main activity of the firm since its creation. He is a trainer for the South-East School of Lawyers in criminal and administrative road law. He was elected president of the UJA of Marseille in 2009/2010 then member of the council of the Order of the Bar of Marseille from 2011 to 2013. He also served as a member of the board of directors of CREPA, which became KERIALIS, of the board of directors of CARPA of Marseille as well as delegate to the CNBF for the mandate 2017/2022. He was then elected president of the Marseille bar for the years 2021 and 2022 as well as president of the Regional conference of presidents of the Grand Sud-Est and Corsica for the years 2022 and 2023. He has been president of the Conference of Presidents of France since January 1, 2024 for the mandate 2024/2025.
