Biography
- As a criminal lawyer qualified to practise before the Supreme Court, I also deal with new technologies. I was a member of the "Observatory on the Computerisation of Criminal Proceedings" of the Union of Italian Criminal Chambers (UCPI) and today I am a member of the "Science, Trial and Artificial Intelligence" Observatory. Since 2019 I have been a member of the "New Technologies Commission" of the European Bars Federation. From this year I have been appointed expert in IT law of the "Consiglio Nazionale Forense" (CNF) at the CCBE.
