Lawyer at the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, Alexandre Bordenave is a partner at the CMS Francis Lefebvre law firm. He assists financial institutions and their clients during the structuring and negotiation of debt mobilization operations (securitization of commercial debts, sale of non-performing loan portfolios, etc.), financing in difficulty (new money and restructuring debts) and trusts on all types of assets (securities, cash, real estate, etc.). Furthermore, he has developed expertise in banking and financial litigation. Alexandre regularly teaches financing law in various university establishments and regularly publishes in specialized journals.
