Biography

Lawyer at the Hauts-de-Seine Bar, Alexandre Bordenave is a partner at the CMS Francis Lefebvre law firm. He assists financial institutions and their clients during the structuring and negotiation of debt mobilization operations (securitization of commercial debts, sale of non-performing loan portfolios, etc.), financing in difficulty (new money and restructuring debts) and trusts on all types of assets (securities, cash, real estate, etc.). Furthermore, he has developed expertise in banking and financial litigation. Alexandre regularly teaches financing law in various university establishments and regularly publishes in specialized journals. Agrégé in economics and management (2006) and a former student of the École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (formerly Cachan), he also holds a DEA in Business Law (Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, 2005) and holder of a license (master's equivalent) in canon law (Catholic Institute of Paris, 2021). He is a former Member of the Council of the Order (2016-2021) and former Secretary of the Conference (2011) of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar.
