Biography

Associate lawyer, sworn in in 2001. With 20 years' experience, he has established himself as a formidable advocate. He holds a postgraduate degree (DEA) in General and European Private Law, has been Vice-Chairman of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar since 1 January 2023, is a former Chairman of the Criminal Law Commission and is a member of the Association des avocats pénalistes (ADAP). Fabien ARAKELIAN is also on the list of counsel to the International Criminal Court. In 2020, he set up the Criminal Defence School of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar. His dual expertise - criminal law and litigation - now enables the firm to offer its clients a unique service, based on a complementary approach to the profession, in particular thanks to his know-how in mastering the issues at stake in proceedings and conducting hearings. The firm regularly appears before the Assize Court, both in defence and as a civil party.
