Biography

Isabelle Clanet dit Lamanit is the 4th Bâtonnière in the 50-year history of the Altoséquanais Bar. She was sworn in on 5 May 1997 and practises with Acte V, a law firm in Neuilly-sur-Seine. A former Secretary of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Conference, she chaired the Bar's Children's Lawyers Committee for many years and continues to be a leading specialist in children's law. Her commitment to the Bar in what was then known as the "Minors Group", as well as her involvement in the Family Commission and the Bar Council, naturally led to her being appointed head of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar as part of an unprecedented pairing, with different and complementary personalities, to increase the availability offered to lawyers in the Hauts-de-Seine region. Isabelle is a former secretary of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Conference and winner of the Albert Joly Prize from the HEDAC
