The Federation of European Bars (hereinafter: the FBE) is a non-profit organization under French law. Its members are the national Bars, the regional or local Bars of the member States of the Council of Europe, or the Bars of a non-member country of the Council of Europe admitted as an observer if it declares to recognize and respect the principles set out in the statutes of the FBE. The FBE has participatory status with the Council of Europe; its aim is to promote permanent links between the Bars established in the member states of the Council of Europe, through its members, representing more than one million European lawyers.
The Hauts-de-Seine Bar Association (hereinafter: the Hauts-de-Seine Bar) is a professional order which brings together and protects the interests of lawyers who practice in Hauts-de-Seine.

In accordance with their objectives and fundamental values, the FBE and the Hauts-de-Seine Bar are fully committed to respecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ( GDPR).

We will process your personal data while respecting your privacy, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
This data is collected and processed in order to enable your registration for the FBE Congress on September 26, 27 and 28, 2024 and its events, optimize its management, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Treatment methods:
Your data will only be kept and accessible to our operational services for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
Your data is safe with us. The FBE and the Hauts-de-Seine Bar undertake not to rent or sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data may be shared with subcontractors responsible for our IT infrastructure, the development and maintenance of our website and our extranet, to the extent necessary for the execution of their respective tasks.
